Swap-outs cover the second half of this service: pulling a unit that's reached capacity or been on-site long enough to need replacement, and setting a fresh one in its place on the same stop. In HOA-controlled subdivisions like Starwood, Newman Village, or Stonebriar, that swap gets planned around the same driveway and turf constraints as the original delivery — no re-negotiating placement with a different driver on a different day. For new-build lots in The Trails or Richwoods where slab work is underway, the swap crew checks the current grading and staging before pulling the truck in, so a delivery from three weeks ago doesn't turn into a stuck axle today.

What this service does not solve: a same-day emergency call for a unit needed in the next few hours.
